摘要
组织的任何事务都会需要知识指导 ,如果组织现有知识储备不能满足需要 ,就会诱发新的知识需求。本文通过对组织的调研分析 ,认为组织知识需求的管理可以分为五个步骤 :捕捉知识需求诱发、知识需求分析、知识缺口分析、选择融知途径、融知管理。组织知识需求诱发因素可分为四个大类 :发展性诱发、治疗性诱发、环境机会诱发和环境威胁诱发。组织的某项事务的整个过程会对知识需求有着五个层次的诱发 :先兆诱发、轻度诱发、明显诱发、持续诱发和诱发终止。根据知识管理者介入知识需求管理的时机将组织知识需求管理分为卓越、有效、平庸、失败。
Everything in Group needs the direction of knowledge.IF the present knowledge reserve of an organization can't satisfy the demand,some new knowledge requirement is induced.In this paper,according to the research and analysis of organizational knowledge requirement,we consider that there are five steps to carry out organizational knowledge requirement management:to catch the inducement of knowledge requirements,to analyze the knowledge requirements,to analyze the gap of the knowledge requirements,to choose the approach of knowledge acquirement and to manage the process of knowledge acquirement.there are four kinds of knowledge requirement's inducement:developmental inducement,remedial inducement,environmental opportunity inducement,environmental threat inducement.the whole process of an organizational affair,there are five kinds of knowledge requirement's inducement:foreboding inducement,light inducement,obvious inducement,persistent inducement and inducement termination.According to the opportunity of knowledge manager intervention,we can divide organizational knowledge requirement management into five level:excellent,efficient,common,failed and vacant.
