摘要文章首先从理论上分析了对外直接投资与技术创新优势之间的关系 ;其次 ,探讨了对外直接投资企业技术创新机制的具体运作方式 :跨国购并 ,国际战略联盟 ,建立海外技术研发机构 ,和技术开发型国际合资企业 ;最后针对中国对外投资企业技术创新优势的特征。 The paper begins with analysizing theoretically the relation between overseas investment and the advantage of technological innovation.Secondly,it discusses the mechanism of technological innovation of overseas enterprises,On the basis of analysizing the character of the advantage in China's overseas enterprises' technological innovation,it offers some suggestions and policies.
