橡胶树籽苗期芽接成活的基础生理研究 被引量:3

摘要 对橡胶树不同物候期籽苗的芽接成活率及有关生理参数的研究结果表明:①伸长期和展叶期籽苗的芽接成活率明显地高于变色期籽苗的芽接成活率。②伸长期和展叶期籽苗的组织含水量、自由水含量、可溶性糖、淀粉、水溶性蛋白质、氨基酸等物质含量及细胞质浓度都比变色期籽苗的高。③伸长期和展叶期籽苗的水势比变色期的大,而细胞透性则反之。④伸长期和展叶期籽苗的“根冠比”比变色期籽苗的大,但蒸腾强度却相反。由此表明,变色期籽苗的持水力和对水分的调控能力均较差,另一方面营养水平较低,这可能是该物候期芽接成活率低的主要原因。 Investigations on budding success and related physiological parameters of seedseedlings of Hevea brasiliensis at different phenophases gave the following findings. The budding success was much higher at extension and leaflet expansion stages than leaflet colouring stage.The contents of water, free water, soluble suger, starch, water-soluble protein and amino acids, and cytoplasm concentration in tissue were higher in the former two stages than in the latter.The water potential was also higher in the former two stages than the latter, and vice versa in terms of cell permeability.The 'root top ratio' was higher but transplration intensity lower in the former two than the latter.It suggested that the water-holding capacity and water regulation ability were relatively poor in the colouring stage of the seedlings, which may be the principal factors responsible for lower budding success at this stage. Be sides, the lower budding success may also be associated with lower nutrient availability at the very phenophase.
