摘要
本文提出的国有资产布局方案是不断调整国有企业的股权和债权结构,最终实现国有资产以独资的形式为社会提供纯公共品,以参控股的形式与社会共同经营准公共物品,而提供私人物品的行业则完全由非国有资产所有者拥有企业的最终控制权和剩余索取权。
This thesis' project for distribution of state-owned assets i s adjusting state-owned enterprises' structure of owner and creditor's right co n tinuously. Then, state-owned assets provide public goods alone and provide sem i- public goods in the form of joint venture with the community. As to industry on providing private goods, owners of private assets completely control final r ight of control and residual claim right of the enterprises.
