摘要
在研究R＆D组织知识管理特征的基础上,分析了知识管理的有效性及其标准问题。基于知识管理的认知模式和社会模式给出了知识管理的内容管理观和过程管理观,指出过程管理观更适合于R＆D组织的有效知识管理。最后,讨论了在R＆D组织中进行有效知识管理应重点克服的难点问题。
On the research basis of the knowledge management character is tics o f R&D organization, this paper analyses the cognitive model and the commu nity mo del for knowledge management and the corresponding content perspective a nd proce eding perspective. And it also indicates proceeding perspective for kno wledge ma nagement is adapted to the effective knowledge management in R&D organ ization. F inally, the key problems for carrying out effective knowledge managem ent in R&D organization are pointed out.
