摘要
企业与高校的合作创新是企业获取技术的一种重要手段。本文运用博弈论基本理论和模型对企业和高校间的技术交易这类合作创新中的信息不对称问题进行了研究,并解释了企业高校基于技术交易这一合作创新过程中的逆向选择现象存在的原因。
Industry-university cooperative innovation is an important m ea ns to obtain technologies. This paper uses game theory to research non-symmetri c information problem on industry-university cooperative innovation. The phenom en on of adverse selection in the industry-university cooperative innovation bas ed on technologies trade is analyzed and explained.
