摘要
利用美国科学信息研究所出版的期刊引文报告(JCR)2001版报道的定量数据,对ISI收录期刊及期刊的影响因子和被引频次在学科中的分布情况进行了比较分析。按学科统计出对应的期刊数据及影响因子的最大值及平均值,并对每一学科中影响因子大于2、被引用次数大于3000的期刊予以统计分析。以具体数字说明这些指标在学科中分布极不均衡,如果简单绝对地使用SCI作为科研评价的主要指标将有碍于科学研究的正常发展,文章最后对SCI用于科研评价提出了初步建议。
Based on the ISI's 2001 JOURNAL CITATION REPORTS, distrib utions of journals and their impact factor and indexed number indexed by SCI for subjects are analysed in this paper. First, the maximum and average of joumals and their impact factor are calculated according to subjecn. Then for every su b ject,journals with impact factor higher than 2 and indexed number over 3000 ar e analyseed. It is shown that the distributions of these indexes among subjects a re very dispersed. The normal development of research may be counteracted whe n S CI is simply used as the main estimation of science research. Finally, some opin ion and advices of SCI as the estimation of research are put forward.
