谈判手是商务谈判的主体,在商务谈判中占据者主导地位。研究谈判手的心理和行为,树立正确的谈判道德观和伦理观,完善谈判手的整体形象,讲究谈判艺术,培养良好的语言表达能力和技巧,对塑造出优秀的谈判能手是很重要的。
The subject in business negotiation , the negotiator, plays a leading role in the negotiation. It is necessary to study the opponent's psychology and behavior, build up correct moral and ethics concepts in the negotiation, improve the negotiators' images, pay more attention to the language art and cultivate the language ability and skills in order to cultivate the qualified negotiators.
