肺栓塞病人溶栓前后血浆ET及CGRP的变化及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨肺栓塞病人溶栓前后血液中多肽因子内皮素 (ET)及降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的变化及 ET与 CGRP之间的关系。方法 :选择施行溶栓的肺栓塞病人 2 0例及对照组 2 0例 ,取血并用放射免疫方法测定对照组及肺栓塞病人溶栓前后不同时间点血浆中 ET及 CGRP。结果 :(1 )肺栓塞病人血浆 ET、CGRP的浓度较对照组明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,溶栓过程中两者浓度达到高峰 ,之后在 2 4h内缓慢地降至溶栓前水平 ;(2 ) ET与 CGRP呈显著正相关 (r=0 .896)。结论 :(1 ) ET、CGRP在肺栓塞病人明显升高并随溶栓不同时间点的变化而变化 ,故两者可能作为溶栓疗效的判断指标 ;(2 ) ET在肺栓塞时肺血管收缩、肺动脉高压的形成中可能起了重要作用 ;(3 ) ET与 CGRP的关系表明肺栓塞时 CGRP的升高可能在一定程度上拮抗了 Objective: To investigate the changes and relationship between endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene\|related peptide(CGRP) in plasma of patients with pulmonary embolism undergoing thrombolysis. Methods: ET and CGRP in plasma of 20 patients with pulmonary embolism undergoing thrombolysis at 5 different time points and that of 20 normal subjects as controls were measured. Results: ET and CGRP in plasma increased significantly in patients with pulmonary embolism and reached peak during thrombolysis and lowered slowly during the next 24 hours (P<0.05). There was a significant correlation between ET and CGRP (r=0 896). Conclusion: ET and CGRP may be an effective index of thrombolysis, the increasing of ET shows that it may be play an important role in the forming of pulmonary hypertension in patients with pulmonary embolism; the correlation of ET and CGRP shows that the increasing of CGRP in plasma of patients with pulmonary embolism may be rejected the effect of ET.\;
