摘要 将分子生物学技术和现代医学影像学相结合而产生的一门新的边缘学科——分子影像学 (molecu-lar imaging)正在向我们走来。利用 PET、MRI、光学成像技术已可以在动物模型中发现转基因的表达、了解胚胎的发育、发现微小肿瘤等 ,并可用于基因治疗 ,细胞移植等。本文综述了分子成像技术及分子介入治疗的一些最新进展。 A new frontier science\|molecular imaging which combines the molecular biology technique with the modern medical imaging is facing to us. Using PET, MRI and optical imaging techniques, it already found expression of transgene, learned of embryo\'s development and discovered small tumor in the animal model. At the same time, molecular imaging can used for the gene treatment and the cell transplants etc. The study evaluated the latest progress of molecular imaging techniques and molecular interventional treatment.
