摘要
介绍了专家数据库系统的基本原理、实现方式及特点,有色金属铸轧生产线的工艺流程,应用松散耦合方式建立了一个面向有色金属铸轧生产线的工艺设计专家数据库系统原型,从而提出一种实现工艺信息化、智能化的有效途径。
The basic theory of EDS and two modes to establish it are presented. And the main characteristics of the EDS are summarised in the paper. The complex flow of techniques in casting and rolling production line of non-ferrous metals is analyzed using the flow chart. We propose an effective method to realize technics information and intelligence. With the loosely-coupled system structure a process planning EDS prototype oriented casting and rolling production line of non-ferrous metals was established as the sample.
