摘要
本文介绍了测定土壤中碘的淀粉显色分光光度法。该法操作简便、快速、准确、容易掌握。平均回收率为100.5％,标准偏差为0.3mg kg^(-1),变异系数为4.8％(n=5)。
This paper presents a method for the spectrophotometric determination of iodine in soil by starch coloration. The method is simple, convenient, rapid, accurate and easy to be mastered. The average recovery of the method is 100.5%, the standard deviation 0.30 mg kg^(-1) and the coefficient of variation 4.8% (n=5).
