水资源具有价值和价格 ,价格杠杆是解决水问题的重要手段。现就国内外水资源价值 ,价格理论研究动态进行综述。
Water resource has value and price,and the price lever is the key factor to solve the water crisis.This paper summarizes the research trends of the theories and applications of water value and price.
