摘要
目的:研究九头狮子草对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠碳廓清实验和血清溶血素测定法,观察九头狮子草对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素抗体生成的影响。结果:九头狮子草可激活小鼠网状内皮系统,增加小鼠血清溶血素含量。结论:九头狮子草具有一定增强机体免疫力的作用。
Objective; To study the effects of Herba Peristrophis on immunological function of mice. Methods: The indexes of the clearance rate of carbon particles and the serum hemolysin against SRBC were used to test the function of phagocyte and HC50 of mice. Results: Compared with normai group, phagocytic index and HC50 of Herba Peristrophis treated mice increased significandy. Conclusion: Herba Peristrophis could enhance the immunological function of mice.
