摘要
本文通过对西双版纳热带雨林现状的研究分析,认为引起西双版纳热带雨林资源锐减、生态环境恶化的主要原因是刀耕火种、毁林开垦和薪材的巨大消耗。在此基础上,作者对本州热带雨林的恢复发展提出了五项战略措施。
According to the analysis of the present condition of tropical rain forest in Xishuangbanna, it is considered that the sharp decrease of tropical rain forest and degradation of ecological environment in the area mainly result from slash and burn cultivation, forest - destroyed cultivation and huge consumption of fuel wood. Therefore the five strategic measures for recovery and development of tropical rain forest in the area are put forward; (1) to solve the problems of slash and burn cultivation and forest - destroyed cultivation, and to improve the agricultural distribution on flatland; (2) to develop fuel forest as to settle rural energy problem; (3) to build a stereoscopic forestry system of ecological economy; (4) to develop international tourism districts, combining with the development of the rain forest; (5) to solve rationally the problem of invesment in tropical rain forest.
