摘要
为避免使用单项指标的缺陷,本文提出一套由五大类指标构成的衡量县级以上中观区域城镇化水平的指标体系,从不同侧面测度研究区域的城镇化水平。文章应用这套指标体系,综合评价了沪郊的城镇发展水平及其发展中存在的问题,进而提出了解决问题的途径。
In this paper, an index system for judging the urbanization level is advanced, which iscomposed of five indices and can be used in a district no smaller than a county. The five indices are: percentage of urban population, urban and town density, spatial distribution form of cities and towns, urban system, and urban population distribution. In an example analysis, the index sysytem is used to comprehensively judge the urbanization level of the suburban district of Shanghai, and to analyse the problems in the process of urban development in the district. For solution of the problems, some suggestions are raised.
