摘要
论述了高等学校教学设备经费实行"集中资金、重点建设、立项拨款、招标采购、效益评估"这一投资机制,使教学科研仪器设备的经费管理走上了规范化、制度化的轨道。使学校的宝贵资金用好用实,逐步改善教学设备状况,为提高实验教学质量提供保证。
This paper mainly discussed the investment mechanism of teaching equipment cost in colleges, that is, 'centralized funds, emphasized building, specialized appropriation, invite public bidding purchase and beneficial evaluation.' By doing that, the management costs of the teaching equipment can go with a way of standardization and systematization. The funds of colleges can be well used, the condition of teaching equipment can be improved gradually and the quality of experimental teaching can be guaranteed.
