摘要
针对当前高校的高速发展和经费投资有限的现状,要确保实验室投资的合理使用,产生最大效益,应实施项目管理,对项目的全过程进行控制和效益分析,其控制与评价的手段应科学化与规范化,在定性分析的同时,注重各类量化内容和指标建立。
In view of the current rapid development of colleges and universities and their limited expenditure input, to ensure the reasonable use of laboratory investment and achieve utmost benefits, we should strengthen the project management, control the project's entire process and make benefit analysis, whose controlling and appraising measures must be scientific and standardized. In the meantime of qualitative analysis, more attention must be paid to all sorts of quantitative content and the establishment of indexes.
