摘要
通过对DNA序列判读过程中几个容易被忽视的问题的分析,提出了解决问题的方法以及进行序列正确判读的步骤。
Some matters in reading DNA sequencing electrophoretogram, which can be easily neglected, were discussed. The solution method was provided and the procedure of reading DNA sequencing electrophoretogram was also suggested.
