摘要
介绍了山东大学医学院以加强实验教学队伍建设和改善实验室条件为重点,通过对实验室管理体制、实验内容、教学方法和运行机制等的系列改革,构建了旨在加强综合素质、培养创新能力及鼓励个性发展的现代医学实验教学体系。
This paper introduced the modern medical experimental teaching system established in shandong university school of medicine by training faculty and technicians, improving the condition of teaching laboratories, and reforming the administrative system of laboratory, experiment contents, teaching methods, and running mechanism of experiment teaching. This new system can strengthen the student's comprehensive quality, train their creative ability, and encourage the development of the student's personality.
