摘要
本文探讨了快速测定敌百虫含量的高压液相色谱方法。使用价廉的甲醇与水为流动相,在C18柱上即可实现有效分离,方法回收率为99.26%～100.46%、变异系数(CV)为0.28%,实测样品表明该方法与国家标准方法无显著性差异。
A method for the rapid determination of trichlorfon by high performance liquid chromatography was discussed. Trichlorfon were separated on a C18 columnusing low-cost methanol and water as mobile phase. The recovery of method is 99.26%~100.46%. The coefficient of variation is 0.28%. Experimental results showed that this method has not significance difference with GB抯.
