Through taking several measures to improve technology such as improving production process, making rational determination of heating areas percentage, selecting the suitable salt pump, and etc., some advantages in production was gained. The production intensity was raised. The high pressure operational condition was obtained. The washing effect period was extended. The equipment' s corrosion was reduced. The product alkali quality was improved. The production requirements of biurea was met. And the steam and electricity consumption was reduced.
