摘要
高压智能操作断路器要求断路器本身能根据电网状态实时地调整断路器的分闸特性 ,所以快速地检测出电网的短路信号是实现智能操作的一个重要功能要求。采用Delyiannis二阶有源带通滤波器设计了一个短路电流快速检测电路 ,并采用Pspice对其进行仿真。仿真结果表明在各种不同的短路相位角和故障状态下 ,该电路均能在5ms内迅速检测出电网的短路信号。它对断路器的快速获取短路信号具有重要的意义。
High voltage intelligent circuit breaker requires the circuit breaker itself to adjust its break character according to the status of the transmission line system of electric power. Therefore, how to detect the short circuit current rapidly is an important performance of the intelligent operation of high voltage breaker. In this paper, a circuit adopting the Delyiannis second order band pass active filter is designed, which is used to detect the short circuit current rapidly. According to the simulation result obtained from Pspice, it is shown that this circuit can detect the signal of short circuit current within 5ms under the different short circuit current phase and different kind of fault. This result has an important meaning to the rapid obtainment of short circuit current signal.
