摘要
本文研究了热处理工艺过程对SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-F系玻璃陶瓷析出晶体的影响。结果表明:随着过渡相析出时间的延长,云母晶体数量逐渐减少,而所占体积百分数却逐渐增高;析晶温度的提高有利于云母晶体的形核和生长;随着析晶时间的延长,云母晶体逐渐长成片状,云母晶体的长度、厚度及体积百分数逐渐增大,但时间过长这种趋势变化不大。对第二相粒子而言,热处理过程对形核有较大的影响,而对最终的尺寸影响不大。
The influences of crystallization temperatures,crystallization times and transient phases’precipitation times on the microstructures of glass-ceramics in the SiO 2 -MgO-Al 2 O 3 -F glass system were investigated.The results showed that the prolonging of transient phases’precipitation time decreased the number of mica,but increased the crystal’s volume fraction;the higher temperature was benefited to nuclei and crystallization of mica;with the prolonging of crystallization holding time,the length and depth and volume fraction of mica crystalline gradually increased.However,the processes have much less influences on second phase than that of mica.
