摘要
以AgNO3 为起始物 ,采用DMF为溶剂和还原剂 ,无须采用晶种 ,在低温 (~ 70℃ )下AgNO3 经DMF还原 ,通过软化学法合成了结构均匀的银纳米线 ,其直径为 15~ 3 0nm ,长度高达 2 0 μm .通过引入乙酰丙酮 ,控制钛酸丁酯水解形成的多孔氧化物溶胶为网络孔道结构 。
This research describes preparation of silver nanowires by a soft-chemistry approach and discusses the growth mechanism. In the DMF/AgNO3/Ti(OC4H9)(4)/AcAc/H2O system, the nanoporous templates formed by the controlled hydrolysis and condensation of Ti(OC4H9)(4) provide an effective matrix for the growth of silver wires using AgNO3 as the starting compound and DMF as the solvent and reducing agent at 70 degreesC. The silver nanowires could be as long as 20 mum with the diameter in the range of 15 similar to 30 nm.
