含氮竹节状碳纳米管的催化合成 被引量:14

Catalytic Synthesis of Bamboo-shaped Nitrogen-doped Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 以二乙胺为原料 ,用催化方法合成出了含氮大管径竹节状碳纳米管 .以含铁SAPO 5分子筛为催化剂 ,二乙胺经过10 73K高温裂解得到的碳纳米管材料 ,其内径约 60nm ,壁厚为 6nm ,并且成竹节状 .它有较高的比表面 (10 3m2 /g)和较高的氮碳比 (N/C原子比为 0 15/0 85) Bamboo-shaped, nitrogen-doped, large-inner diameter carbon nanotubes were synthesized by catalytic method with diethylamine as carbon source. By using Fe-containing SAPO-5 molecular sieve as catalyst, carbon nanotubes were synthesized under 1073 K high cracking reaction temperture, with inner diameter of about 60 nm, wall depth of about 6 nm, and being bamboo-shaped. It has high BET surface (103 m(2)/g) and high N/C atom ratio (N/C atom ratio is 0.15/0.85).
