摘要
以美国进口棉为例 ,从国际货物买卖合同条款的签订、货源的选择、装船前检验、棉纺工艺等方面论述了订购和使用进口棉应采取的措施 ,旨在使我国工贸企业更好地利用进口棉 ,适应国际国内市场对纺织品质量日益提高的需求。
Taking importing American cotton as an example,It discusses assuming measures on subscribing and using imported cotton from the aspects of singing international trade contract,choosing the cotton source, pro-shipping inspection and cotton spinning process,aiming at using imported cotton preferably for the industry to meet the improving requirements on textile quality of the internatinal and domestic market.
