摘要
围绕技术壁垒的表现形式和主要内容进行了较全面的阐述。针对技术壁垒的主要内容对发达国家贸易技术壁垒体系进行了深刻分析。实质上给出了冲破技术壁垒的途径,讨论了它带给中国的机遇与挑战。
In this paper,the exhibition form and primary content concerning technology barrier have been nar-rated.According to the primary content of technology barrier the trade technology barrier system in developed coun-tries has been analyzed.Actually the way of breaking up trade technology barrier has been set forth,and the chance and challenge that trade technology barrier provides to China discussed.
