摘要
微电解-厌氧水解-生物铁法-混凝串联工艺处理头孢类抗生素化学制药高浓度有机废水的试验研究结果表明,当微电解、厌氧水解和生物铁法水力停留时间分别为4h、24h和6h,进水COD_(Cr)4000~4500mg/L,BOD_5800~1200mg/L,出水可达广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第一时段一级排放标准。
High concentration organic wastewater from cephalosporin antibiotic pharmacy industry has been treated by the 'micro electrolysis-anaerobic hydrolysis-biological iron-coagulating'technology.It indicates that the effluent COD_(CT) and BOD_5 are below the first grade effluent standards (the first period)of Guangdong province 《Discharge limits of water pollutants》,when the COD_(CT) and BOD_5 load is kept at 4000~4500 mg/L and 800~1200 mg/L,the HRT of micro-electrolysis, anaerobic hydrolysis and biological iron process is 4h, 24h and 6h, respectively.
