摘要
本文针对我国城市机动车行驶缓慢,以及由此造成的道路通行能力降低、城市道路交通拥挤状况这一现实,以北京为例,具体分析了城市机动车行驶速度与道路通行能力之间的关系。此外,文章根据我国城市机动车运行特点,对造成我国城市机动车行驶速度低这一状况的原因作了分析,并结合国外的一些成功经验,提出了提高我国城市机动车行驶速度、改善我国城市交通状况的一些具体办法和措施。
Having studied the reality of low vehicle speed and resulting lower road capacity and traffic jams in most cities of China,this article analyzes the relationship between vehicle speed and road capacity in details,taking Beijing for instance.In addition,based on the characteristics of vehicles' usage in China,the causes of low vehicle speed in the urban area are also discussed.Regarding these causes and referring to the valuable experiences of foreign countries,the paper then raises some methods and measures to improve the vehicle speed and traffic situation.
