摘要
从我国由计划经济向市场经济转化这一历史性变革出发,阐述了编译报道学术研究应当解放思想,为科技成果转化为直接生产力以及为搞活国有大中型企业服务等方面发挥舆论导向作用。
this paper describes that the academic research of editing andtranslating reports should liberate ideas to play a guiding role of pub-lic opinions for changing S & T achievements into direct productive for-ces and activating the services of state-run enterprises of large andmiddle scales, etc.
