摘要
加入WTO ,中国期刊所面临的全新竞争态势及我国期刊与世界期刊存在较大差距的现实 ,启示我国期刊要及早准备应对之策 ,以增强适应变幻莫测的外部环境的能力 。
Entering into WTO,Chinese periodals are faced with the newest situation. There is a great distance between Chinese and intenational periodals. This implies that Chinese periodals should make early preparations for the changing exterior circumstances to obtain the survival and development for Chinese periodals.
