摘要
简述了科技成果查新的概念、功能,指出成果查新的质量评价应坚持整体优化、综合性评价原则和相关性判别原则,并提出成果查新需注意和解决的几个问题。
This paper briefly describes the concept and function of noveltysearch service of S & T achievements; and proposes that the qualityassessment of this service should persist in the principles of optimal en-tirety and comprehensive assessment as well as the principles of corelation distinction. In the end it poses several problems to be paid atten-tion to and solved.
