摘要
科技情报商品是市场经济发展的必然产物,既属于精神产品范畴,又不等同于一般的精神产品,具有自然属性和社会属性双重性质。指出针对性、内含信息量、可靠度、时效性等是影响科技情报商品使用价值的主要因素。
S & T information commodity is the inevitable result of thedevelopment of market economy. It belongs to the category of mental pro-ducts, but not equales to general mental products, and has double proper-ties of nature and society. The primary factors affecting the use value ofS & T information commodity are pointed out to be orientation. informa-tion content, reliability, age, etc.
