摘要
朝美在朝核问题上的危险博弈正在把朝鲜半岛推向一场战争。这场战争将给东北亚所有国家带来巨大的灾难 ,并使国际核不扩散体系趋向崩溃。开展有关国家的多边对话与谈判是制止朝美危险博弈、和平解决朝核问题的必要手段。为此 ,中国应该就修改中朝条约中的有关条款与朝方磋商 ,与此相配合 ,韩、日也应说服美国不能轻易使用武力。这样才能促使朝美相互做出必要的妥协。最后 ,作者就重新思考我国东北亚外交的一些传统理念提出了自己的看法。
The dangerous games that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and the United States have been playing are now pushing the peninsula to the brink of a war that would devastate the concerned countries in Northeast Asia and bring the international nuclear non-proliferation regime to a collapse.In order to stop these dangerous games and to solve the North Korean nuclear issue through peaceful means,multilateral dialogues and negotiations among the major countries are required.Therefore,it is suggested that China hold open talks with North Korea about deleting the military alliance clauses in the Sino-DPRK Treaty so as to eliminate the misunderstanding that the DPRK might have had due to the old treaty.In the meantime,the Republic of Korea and Japan should persuade the United States not to use force carelessly.Only in this way will it be possible to urge the DPRK and the United States to make the necessary concessions.Finally,the author critically revisits some traditional ideas in China's diplomacy in Northeast Asia.
