摘要
教师职业的特殊性决定了加强师德建设的重要性。加强师德建设,学校应加强师德教育,加强管理,建立健全师德评价机制,并为教师创造一个良好的工作环境。
The special characteristics of being teachers decide the importance of strengthening the cultivation of teachers' morals. To strengthen the construction of teachers' morals, schools should attach great importance to the education of teachers' morals, perfect the evaluation system and create favourable conditions for all teachers.
