摘要
利用TEM研究了Zn Al40合金在固溶时效过程中发生的非连续脱溶沉淀.结果表明:Zn Al40合金非连续沉淀既可发生受晶界迁移控制的常规胞状反应,形成片层相间的α Al+η Zn平衡组织,又可在晶内自发形核生长,发生自催化胞状反应,形成α Al基体上分布岛状的η Zn平衡组织.两种胞状组织形成的多少与时效温度有关.
Discontinuous reaction in a ZnAl alloy during solutionaging was studied by TEM. The results show that the discontinuous reaction proceeded not only by a conventional cellular reaction controlled by the migrating of the grain boundary, but also a autocatalytic cellular reaction occurring in the grain. The different microstructurelamellar αAl+ηZn and islandlike ηZn distributed in αAl matrix would be formed by both mechanisms. The aging temperature should be responsible for the occurrence of both mechanisms.
