摘要 介绍了井下车辆液压系统动态性能的计算机辅助测试系统,该测试系统基于LabVIEW软件平台,通过控制数据采集卡,可同时采集多路电信号,并能灵活消除测试系统的零点误差,具有测试数据存储、滤波以及实时显示等多种功能,是一种功能完备的虚拟仪器。利用该测试系统,对JY-5型多功能服务车液压系统动态压力进行测试,获得服务车转向、制动液压系统压力的动态变化数据。通过分析压力变化曲线,总结出多功能服务车转向、制动液压系统的动态特性。研究成果肯定了当前液压系统的合理性,提出井下车辆动态性能研究的新方法。分析结果对JY-5系列多功能服务车性能的改进提供了重要的参考依据。 The theory and composition of a computeraided measurement system, by which the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system of underground vehicle can be measured,is introduced in this paperBased on Lab VIEW,the measurement system can acquire multiple electrical signals through dataacquiring boardThe measurement system is a VI(Virtual Instrument)which has many functionsThe zeroerror of the system can be eliminated conveniently,and testing data can be stored,filtrated,and viewed in real timeThe dynamic pressure of the hydraulic system of JY5 multifunction underground vehicle is measured with the measurement system,and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system are summarized by means of analysisThe rationality of the hydraulic system of the vehicle is verified,and a new method to study the dynamic characteristics of underground vehicle is put forwardThe study result is valuable to improve the characteristics of JY5 truck
