摘要
用新型化学杂交剂SX-1在单核期处理3个甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系(CMS)结果表明,SX-1可明显降低不育系的微粉花朵数、有活力花粉数、微粉量和育性指数,提高不育度,有效地抑制低温期间微粉的产生。同时也使不育系的株高明显降低,有利于不育系的受粉结实。化学杂交剂的作用效果受基因型和环境的影响,不同油菜品种对化学杂交剂SX-1的敏感性不同,不育系陕3A、20 F50A、20 F71A的最佳处理浓度分别为5 mg/kg、7.5 mg/kg、10mg/kg。该化学杂交剂杀雄彻底,成本低廉,容易使用,具有广阔的发展前景。
A new Chemical Hybridizing Agents SX-1 was sprayed to three CMS in Brassica. napus L at the uninucleate stage. The results indicated that the number of flowers with trace pollen, activity pollen grains,pollen grains and fertility index of the CMS were all reduced in visibly ,and the sterile degree was raised,the inhibitory action to the trace pollen was clearly. At the same time,the plant height of CMS was lowed,it was beneficial to fertilization of CMS. The effects of SX-1 to rapeseed was influenced by the environment and genotype. The sensibility of different rapeseed variety to SX-1 was different ,the optimum concentration to three CMS Shaan 3A,20F50A and 20 F71A was 5 mg/kg and 7. 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg,respectively.
