摘要
纵观数10年来我国调速器的发展过程,其电气部分的技术进步远远超过机械液压部分。机械液压部分的落后,主要表现在依然是单件、小批量的生产模式;工作油压也仍然保持在2 5、4 0MPa的低压水平。自1994年长江控制设备研究所开始研制以电液比例控制及标准液压件为特征,工作油压为16MPa的高油压电液调速器,至2002年已有100余台用于中小型水电站。高压油调速器减少了液压放大环节,结构简单、工作可靠、具有优良的速动性及稳定性,液压件标准化、专业化、国际化程度高。应大力加快高压油调速器的推广应用,并加快大型高压油调速器的研制,使这一新技术在水电建设事业中发挥更大的作用。
From the speed governor's development in China over tens of years, we can observe the technology progress of speedgovernor's electric part greatly surpasses that of mechanicalhydraulic part The lag is mainly embodied single piece or small batch of the producing model and low working oilpressure of 25 and 40 MPa But since 1994, the Changjiang Control Equipment Research Institute started to produce high oilpressure electrichydraulic speed governor that characterizes by electrichydraulic proportion control, adopting standard hydraulic pressure components with high working oilpressure of 16 MPa Up to 2002,there are over 100 sets speed governor to be applied in small and medium sized power plants The high oilpressure speed governor decreases hydraulic amplifying part and has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and excellent mobility Its hydraulic pressure component is designed to be high standardization, specialization and internationalization So the high oilpressure speed governor should be expanded and applied energetically and quickly, at the same time, the largesized high oilpressure speed governor should be developed as soon as possible in order to play more important role in the cause of water and hydropower development
