摘要
本文在阐述耗散结构理论涨落与自组织原理的基础上,分析了科技情报系统运行及其演变规律,指出了当前科技情报体制改革的必然性,为新情报系统的构建提供了理论依据。
This paper analyses the law of movement and evolution of the S&T information system on the basis of describing the principle of the fluctuation and selforganization of the theory of dissipation structure, indicates the inevitability of reformation of the S&T information system, it supplies the theore(?)ical basis for establishing new information system.
