摘要
通过扫描电镜观察;X射线能谱分析、显微硬度测量以及干滑动摩擦磨损试验,研究了激光涂覆MS合金层的显微组织与耐磨性。试验结果表明,该涂层显示了独特的组织特征和比钢基体高得多的耐磨性。
This paper studies the microstructure and wear-resistance of MS alloy coating formed by laser cladding by Scanning Electron Microscope observation, Energy Dispersion analysis microhardness measurements as well as friction and wear tests under dry condition. The experimental results show that this coating possesses quite special structure characteristics and much higher wear-resistance than that of steel substrate.
