摘要
为实现局部放电测量的数字化,研制一套局部放电数字测量系统。该系统具有较高的脉冲分辨率及良好的线性度,并能测定局部放电的多种特性参量和谱图,在实测中使用简便,性能可靠。应用此项局部放电数字测定技术所得的多侧面的定量结果,可为绝缘老化的机理分析及状况估计提供必不可少的条件。
In order to realize digitalization of partial discharge (PD) measurement, a set of digital PD measuring system is developed. The measuring system has higher pulse resolution and good linearity. It can be used to determine various characteristic parameters and spectrum charts of PD. In practical measurement, the system is convenient to use and its performance is reliable. Various quantitative results in different aspects obtained by using this digital measuring technique for PD characteristics determination can provide essential conditions for mechanism analysis and state assessment of electrical insulation degradation.
