摘要
网络时代的到来已经是个不争的事实,给传统的图书馆带来了机遇和挑战,也为图书馆的发展带来了新的发展契机,这就要求我们正确认识,迎接挑战;拓宽思路,提高流通服务的质量;加强馆员自身素质培养,适应新的服务领域。
The arrival of the network times is an indubitable fact.It has brought the chance and challenge to the traditional library as well as the new developing juncture for the library expansion.It is required that we should recognize correctly,meet the challenge,widen our thought,improve the circulation service,enhance accomplishment of librarians themselves and suit the new service field.
