摘要
介绍新水溶性显色剂2-(3-羧基-2,4,5-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯磺酸(CTZAMBS)与镍的显色反应研究及应用,建立了测定镍的新方法.在pH=7.26的NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲溶液中,该试剂与镍按1:1的比例形成稳定的紫红色络合物,λmax为540.6 nm,镍的浓度在0~1.0μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.86×104 L/(mol@cm).在氟化铵及硫脲的存在下,可直接测定镁和铝合金中的微量镍.
The condition for the color reaction of 2-[3-carboxy-2,4,3-triazolylazo]-5-dimethylammo benzene sullomc acid with nickel was studied. The experiment results show that nickel reacts with the reagent to form a stable red complex(1:1) in the presence of NaH2PO4 - Na2HPO4 for pH =7. 26, the apparent molar absorptivity is 2. 86 ×104 L/(mol. cm) at max=540. 6 nm. Beer's law is obeyed with nickel concentration being in the range of 0 ~ 1.0μg/mL. The method has been applied to the direct determination nickel in magnesium and alumunium alloys with satisfactory results.
