摘要
粮食鲜样经超声提取后,用离子色谱法测定浸提液中的硝酸盐。采用DX-100型离子色谱仪,以2.7mmol/L Na_2CO_3-0.3mmol/L NaHCO_3的混合溶液作为淋洗液,流速为1.2mL/min,测定玉米、大豆、小麦中的NO_3^-含量。NO_3浓度在0.5~40.0mg/L范围内与色谱峰高呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9995,检出限为0.05mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为96.0%~100.7%。
Fresh grain was extracting by ultrasonic wave, then the nitrate in the filtrate was determined by ion chromatogra-phy. Separation was performed on DX - 100 ion chromatograph using 2. 7 mmol/L NajCOj - 0. 3 mmol/L NaHCO3 as the eluant. Good linearity was achieved in the range of 0. 5 ~40.0 mg/L. The correlation coeflicent is 0.9995. The detection limit is 0.05 mg/L. The relative standard deviation for NO3- is less than 5% , the recovery is 96. 0% - 100. 7% .
