This paper tells of the practical experiences of Shendong Coal Co in promoting industrializations of new type. That is, cultivating the idea of striving for the first rate company; optimizing the structure; improving the entire system; innovating the management mode; promoting informatization construction; giving equal attention to both coal development and environmental protection; constructing eco-environment coal mining area and cultivating talents of high quality.
