介绍了道路工程技术、经济及管理的概念、内容与各自的特性 ,并阐述了技术、经济和管理之间的关系 ,提出施工中不仅要重视技术问题 ,而且还要重视经济和管理方面的问题。
With introduction of the conception, content and characteristics of technology, economy and management in road engineering the relationships among them are elaborated. Author points out that not only the technical problems but also the economic and management issues should be paid attention in construction.
