双金属洋葱结构纳米Mo_(0.9)W_(0.1)S_2的合成 被引量:1

摘要 0引言 继碳富勒烯和碳纳米管的发现,1992年R.Tenne等[1]首次在Nature上发表了具有类富勒烯和纳米管结构的WS2,开创了非碳无机类富勒烯(Inorganic Fullerene-like,简称IF)纳米化合物研究的新领域. Bimetallic onion-structured nano Mo0.9W0.1S2 was obtained from Mo0.9W0.1S3 as a precursor, which was prepared by simple precipitation approach. At 900degreesC, gas-solid phase redox reaction was taken place by reacting Mo0.9W0.1S3 with H-2. The morphology and structure of the sample as prepared were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), High-resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM) and Energy Dispersion X-ray analysis (EDS). The results indicated that in the condition of using polyethyleneglycol (PEG) as dispersant, the aggregation of the particles could be resisted by the steric restriction effect. Thus, in a certain nanometer scale, Mo0.9W0.1S2 nano-crystalline with layered-structure tended to transform to IF structures.
