摘要
抽砂泵是从保护油层的角度出发设计出的能把井底沉砂全部捞出的新装置。它不用泵车进行水循环冲砂 ,而是用修井机上下提放油管 ,即可把砂子吸入油管中 ,提出油管把砂子带到地面上来 ,完全避免了冲砂的弱点。
Now, main solution for sand-accumulation in oil wells is sand-washing. But the method has two obvious shortages: first, the cost is high because the operation must be performed with the help of a special-purpose-truck; second, the sand will flow back to the earth layer easily if the earth layer has severe leakage. The oil layer would be polluted if the oil fluid enters the oil layer. So the method is not good for the protection of oil layers. The sanding pump is a new equipment which was designed based on the purpose of protecting oil layers. The pump can drain out most sand in oil wells. It can work without the pump truck providing water circulation power. It fulfills its function of sucking sand into the tubing spring by cooperating with a workover rig. The workover rig only need to make the tubing string go up and down to suck sand into the string. Sand in the tubing string can be taken to the ground by pulling out the tubing string. So the operation avoids the disadvantages of sand-washing.
